Anjaneyulu

'Anjaneyulu' is Director by Parushram (Bujji). He has come up with a known storyline but the credit goes in his narration and ably supported by the presentation.

Story:
Anjaneyulu (Ravi Teja) is a happy go lucky person working in a private TV channel. He loves his parents very much and they too love him immensely as he is their only child. Anjaneyulu falls in love with Anjali (Nayanatara) at first sight. Anjali works in a cell phone company, Airtel. Bada (Sonu Sood), Jayaprakash Reddy, Kota Srinivasa Rao and an evil home minister run criminal activities in the city. Sonu Sood has a running feud with Kota over control of the city. Sonu Sood is assigned the task of killing a honest official who has a secret dossier on home minister’s corrupt activites and he is about to hand it over to the chief minister. Sonu Sood sets the bus in which the honest official travelling on fire and passes it off as a accident.

Unfortunately Anajaneyulu’s parents are also on board the same bus and they too die along with the other passengers. It is now up to Anjaneyulu to expose the evil gangsters and bring them to book. This he does while helping his colleague Brahmaji at the TV channel to expose the misdeeds on the channel.

Music:
'Anjaneyulu' Music is scored by Thaman S. Music is above average and the all the songs are set to some fast foot taping music. Ravi Teja bashes up the goons at regular intervals to the delight of his fans. Background score is good.

Performance:
Ravi Teja stole the show with his vibrant performance and enacting different shades of emotions. Nayantara didn't have much to do except for the songs and the love track. She looked quite dull in this. Sonu Sood did not have much depth in his role, Nasser was standard, Jayaprakash Reddy was regular, Brahmi was hilarious, Jeeva and MS Narayana were good. Srinivas Reddy, Brahmaji, Tarzan, Raja Ravindra did their bit with ease and were smooth. The others made their presence felt in their roles.

Verdict : Average
